Explorer
Click View > View Explorer to show or hide the Explorer. The Explorer has four Tabs: Files, XML Outline, XPath, and Snippets.
Files
The
Files tab makes it easy for you to open files into XMLBlueprint. Enter a path or URL and press ENTER to connect to the remote server. You may also enter a You may also enter the name of a
Location. To open a file, select the file you want to open and double click the file or drag and drop the file on the editors pane.
XML Outline
The XML Outline displays the document structure of the active document. Whenever the document changes, the XML Outline is updated (in a background thread), without disturbing the actual editing of the document. If you don't need the XML Outline, close the Explorer and you will have absolutely no interference of the XML Outline. If you need it again, reopen it and it will fill automatically.
When the document is not well-formed, an error message is displayed below the Outline. Click on the error message to jump to the position where the error occurred.
XPath
The
XPath tab lets you select nodes in an XML document using XPath expressions. For more information, see

Snippets
The
Snippets tab lets you quickly insert content in your documents. For more information, see
Snippets.
