XMLBlueprint is a native Windows application, so XMLBlueprint does not install the .NET framework.

If you want to run Java tools to validate your XML documents or run XSLT Stylesheets (e.g., nxslt) you need to install the .NET Framework.

If the .NET framework is not installed, you will get the following error message when trying to run a .NET tool:

A required .DLL file, MSCOREE.DLL, was not found.

To install .NET on your computer, please visit: http://www.microsoft.com/NET/.
